Uz and Javan are a pair of characteristically impoverished rogues, who are on a streak of failed schemes intended to finally free them of their material chains. Fortunately for them, the strictly ordered world that for centuries had held everything in stasis, is now beginning to crack. The Archons, presiding over all power, physical and metaphysical, have abandoned their worldly administrators, creating a growing chaos, and with it an unprecedented potential.
