Pirander was a scholar in the various courts of the archons, who wrote detailed (if coloured) anthropological works that often bled into philosophy and the natural sciences. Much of his work disappeared along with the archons, but certain manuscripts remain, closely guarded, in a scattering of temples and courts across the land. Uz has a particular talent for entering libraries.
